Things to do while you wait!
Go Sledding...Even if there is just a little snow.
Build large train sets, complete with its own airport.
Cook breakfast with Dad.*note the raking actually came 2 days before the sledding*
Rake the yard.
And most importantly--jump in the leaves!

When is a full moon when you need one? Craig's advice is to walk with one foot up on a curb and the other one on the ground... it didn't work for me but in desperate times....
