Fall Fun!

We have been keeping busy with lots of fun things this fall.

Papa Watt came down for a visit and we went to the orchard and pumpkin patch. The trees were small and loaded with apples so before we knew it we had 120 pounds of them. SOO we have been drying apples, making apple sauce, giving apples to the neighbors, etc. If an apple a day keeps the doctor away...we shouldn't need to go for a very a long time!!!

The Big Celebration!

We had 2 big birthdays to celebrate this week! Jace turned 2 and Cary turned 3. We all got together for Sunday lunch to celebrate.

KC Airshow

The old and the new

This one is for you Zane!

The Thunderbirds.

We went to the airshow and had a good time. Cary wasn't as impressed as the rest of us. We got there just as a loud jet was flying over and she looked at me and said, "okay, I ready to go".

Okay, Rhonda, we Doerflingers are a little slow, but hey it hasn't even been a month yet!
I am supposed to write 7 things about myself that you may or may not know. So here it goes.

1. I am usually morning person-- when I am not pregnant anyway.

2. Long term decisions (like baby names) are usually stressful, and put off until the last possible moment.

3. I always wondered why my grandma liked such bright colors, and now I find myself picking out the same!

4. Hot Fudge sundaes are one of my favorite treats

5. If I could spend most of my time outside and hire a house cleaner I would be a happy camper.

6. In high school, I was voted most likely to succeed.

7. I used to be one of the tallest girls in my class, until 6th grade--I am not sure what happened!
